Call for report proposals (Womenspace). (Funding).Womenspace is calling for a 10,000-word research and information report in each of five areas: 1. Gender, the internet and human rights; 2. A gender analysis of e-government (Electronic-GOVERNMENT) A generic term for Web-based services from agencies of local, state and federal governments. Such Web sites provide a wide variety of services to the public and have been extremely helpful in reducing internal paperwork. and e-democracy E-democracy, a portmanteau of electronic and democracy, comprises the use of electronic communications technologies, such as the Internet, in enhancing democratic processes within a democratic republic or representative democracy. ; 3.
