Each entry will be provided a display board to highlight his/her research project and will be required to staff the poster during scheduled times In rallying, the Scheduled Time of any crew is the time, calculated at the beginning of the event, that they should arrive at any given control. It is different from Due Time in that Due Time is dynamic, ie it can change throughout the event as competitors drop time; whereas . The Poster Session will be held during exhibit hours. All displays will be judged on a scheduled basis during the times they are required to be staffed using the following criteria: originality/novelty, scientific content, and quality of display. Participation in the Poster Session is at the discretion of the FSCT Program Subcommittee. Awards for the best student poster displayed will be offered: First Place--$500; Second Place--$300; and Third Place--$200.
