Criteria to compete in the "Most Innovative Company at RSA Conference 2009" contest include: * The product has been in market for less than one year (launched after March 2008); * The product has the potential to make a significant impact on the information security space; * The product can be demonstrated live and on site at Innovation Sandbox in 30 seconds; * The company has a management team capable of delivering the product to the market; and * The company must be privately held with less than $5M revenue in 2008. Upon the close of the submission process on Friday, February 20, the top twenty submitted entries will then be shared with the public for an open voting period that will close on Friday, March 13. The top ten innovations coming from this community voting period will be announced on Monday, March 23, and invited to present their emerging technology before a panel of industry experts and thought leaders at Innovation Sandbox at RSA Conference on Monday, April 20, from 2:00-5:30 p.m. "Breakthrough innovation is critical to our ability to solve the next wave of information security threats and challenges.
