Calistoga Pharmaceuticals, A Newly Formed Drug Development Company, Announces Its Formation and Completion of a $21 Million Series A Financing.

The company originated as a spin out of a drug development program from the ICOS Corporation by Frazier Healthcare Ventures, who also led the Series A investment round. Alta Partners, Three Arch Partners, and Amgen Ventures also participated in this financing round.
