California to Launch Pilot Project For Apparel Industry; Permitting Process Cited as Major Hindrance for Business.

Currently, a business must go to myriad agencies within the city and county to meet all registration requirements. Under the pilot program, which is scheduled to start in October, a business can enter the system at any one point. Once a business registers with one permitting agency, all other pertinent PERTINENT, evidence.
