California Water Service Group Announces Appointment of Dan Stockton as Vice President, Chief Information Officer.

SAN JOSE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 21, 2001

The California Water Service Group (NYSE:CWT) board of directors today elected 29-year water industry veteran Dan Stockton as vice president, chief information officer, effective April 1, 2001.

Prior to joining California Water Service Group, Stockton served as chief operating officer of Great Oaks Water Co., a San Jose-based water utility. Before beginning his career at Great Oaks, he served for seven years as president of Waterways Corp., a water utility consulting firm, and for 13 years as secretary-treasurer of Arvin Water Co.

Stockton will succeed retiring 33-year California Water Service Co. veteran, Ray Worrell.
