The Department of Water Resources announces that a public meeting of the California California (kăl'ĭfôr`nyə), most populous state in the United States, located in the Far West; bordered by Oregon (N), Nevada and, across the Colorado River, Arizona (E), Mexico (S), and the Pacific Ocean (W).  Water Commission will be held on Friday, May 9, at 3:00 p.m. in the first floor auditorium auditorium

 at 714 "P" Street, Sacramento.

Scheduled agenda items include approval consideration of June 7, 2002, emergency regulations covering public participation in determining revenue requirements and standards (California Code of Regulations California Code of Regulations (CCR) contains the text of the regulations that have been formally adopted by state agencies, reviewed and approved by the Office of Administrative Law, and filed with the Secretary of State. , Title 23, sections 510-517).

Also scheduled for consideration is approval of proposed amendments to DWR DWR Design Within Reach
DWR Department of Water Resources
DWR Direct Web Remoting (Easy Ajax for Java)
DWR Durable Water Repellency
DWR Delayed Word Recall (medical testing)
DWR Driving While Revoked
 regulations for the selection of private architectural and engineering firms (California Code of regulations, Title 23, Division 2, Chapter 1.7).

During the Public Forum section of the meeting, any member of the public may address the commission on any matter, which need not be related to any agenda item.
