California's Trade and Commerce Agency today released the names of the 50 start-up information technology companies that will participate in the 5th annual California Information Technology Investment & Partnering Forum (Cal-IT) scheduled Oct. 23-24 at the Queen Elizabeth II Conference Centre The Queen Elizabeth II Conference Centre is a conference centre in London, England. It is located right in the heart of the city, a minute's walk from the Palace of Westminster. It was opened by Her Majesty the Queen in 1986.  in London. Cal-IT will aggressively showcase new California e-commerce, wireless, broadband, and corporate infrastructure technologies to European companies It may never be fully completed or, depending on its its nature, it may be that it can never be completed.
