We saw a decline in our migration business as we worked diligently to focus our attention on our newer products including BABY/GUI and baby.com.

The combination of cost consolidation, reductions and the addition of these two products created a foundation for cost-sensitive revenue growth in Q1 2001 resulting in the second quarter of revenue growth with reduced expenses.
