The new restaurant, located at 10590 Old Olive St. in Creve Coeur, Mo., is the second CPK in the St. Louis area. Located 1/4 mile west of Lindbergh Blvd., the new restaurant is 5,011 square feet and can accommodate 168 guests. As CPK customers have come to expect and enjoy, the new restaurant will feature an exhibition kitchen, allowing visitors to view the preparation of CPK's signature hearth-baked pizzas and distinctive pastas, salads, soups and sandwiches. Doug Doyle will be the new restaurant's general manager, and Fred Morgan will serve as regional director.
