California Pharmacists Association Praises Governor Davis for California State Board of Pharmacy Appointments.

SACRAMENTO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 20, 2001

The California Pharmacists Association commended Governor Davis today for appointing three practicing pharmacists to the California State Board of Pharmacy. Pharmacists Stanley W. Goldenberg, Clarence Hiura, Pharm.D., and John Tilley See also Sir John Tilley (diplomat), John Tilley (Pilgrim), John Tilley (baseball) and John Tilley (musician).

John Vincent Tilley (June 13 1941—December 18 2005) was a British Labour Party (UK) politician.

Tilley was born and raised in Derby.

"These three appointments are a huge milestone -- we are proud of these three pharmacists and are pleased with the Governor's actions," said Carlo Michelotti, R.Ph., MPH, chief executive officer of the California Pharmacists Association. "I would like to see the Board be more sensitive to the protection of the consumers of the state of California." A 42-year veteran of the pharmacy profession, Pharmacist Hiura is vice president of Verdugo Clinic Pharmacy in Glendale and is vice president of the California Pharmacists-Inc. board of directors.
