) division has appointed Fenwick MacIntosh Director of Sales for India and neighboring countries. MacIntosh will establish a new MNS sales-support and service office in California Microwave's Asia-Pacific branch office in New Delhi New Delhi (dĕl`ē), city (1991 pop. 294,149), capital of India and of Delhi state, N central India, on the right bank of the Yamuna River. .

"We have been working on several large opportunities in India," said James R. Gordon, MNS executive vice president of sales. "We recognize India as one country with large near-term potential. This appointment represents a commitment on the part of California Microwave to the region and we believe it will contribute to our continued success there."

In MacIntosh, Gordon said, MNS is gaining an individual who is well-established in the India telecommunications market and who is comfortable living in the country.

MacIntosh comes to California Microwave with 26 years of commercial experience in the engineering, marketing and sales of technical and communications products, much of it in international sales.

His initial MNS duties include staff recruitment and business responsibility in the region, comprising Pakistan, Nepal, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Bhutan and the Maldives, reporting to Chris Brown, MNS' vice president-international sales.
