) announced today that it has created a Services Division through the union of its former Sunnyvale Products Division with the recently acquired Satellite Network Services operations located in Mountain View, Calif.

The division is under the leadership of its president, E. Russell Hardy. In commenting on this new division, Hardy, a 27-year veteran of California California (kăl'ĭfôr`nyə), most populous state in the United States, located in the Far West; bordered by Oregon (N), Nevada and, across the Colorado River, Arizona (E), Mexico (S), and the Pacific Ocean (W).  Microwave, stated, "Our mission is three-fold; first, to continue supplying reliable spread spectrum satellite transmission services to thousands of existing and future sites; second, to employ other California Microwave products in new service offerings; and third, to ensure that we provide all customers with a totally integrated support services support services Psychology Non-health care-related ancillary services–eg, transportation, financial aid, support groups, homemaker services, respite services, and other services  package, including maintenance and repair, which meets the expectations of our expanding global customer base."

In making this announcement, Lee Blachowicz, President of California Microwave's Wireless and Satellite Communications Group, stated, "I believe that the Services Division is a great asset, which supports our strategic commitments and investments to broaden our range of service offerings. The new Services Division will extend our premier repair and maintenance services of wireless and satellite products to both new products and new international markets."
