The FCRN303 chips are built using a highly stable Tantalum Nitride resistor film and offer absolute tolerances as tight as +/-0.1% and Temperature Coefficient of Resistance (TCR TCR T cell receptor. ) as low as +/-25ppm/(Degree)C. Additionally, the devices offer low noise and low voltage coefficient. CAMD currently offers a wide resistance range from 40K-ohms to 150K-ohms, and a variety of tolerances and TCRs. Other resistor values and configurations other than 0805 are available with slightly longer lead-times. These chips can replace existing thick and thin film 0805 resistor chips without the need for PC board redesign or modification. Pricing for the devices in 10K quantities is $0.19.
