California Micro Devices First Quarter Financial Outlook.

) (Nasdaq NMS See NetWare Management System. :CAMD), a leading manufacturer of Integrated Passive Devices (IPDs) and complementary semiconductor solutions, today updated the outlook for its financial performance for the first quarter ending June 30, 2001. The company now expects revenue for the first quarter to be in the range of $7.6 to $8.4 million, which would be down 30% from last quarter. Due to the lower revenue and anticipated inventory reserves, the company expects to lose between 20 and 25 cents in the quarter.
