At the regular meeting of the Board of Directors of California Independent Bancorp on Tuesday, April 17th, 2001, the Directors declared an eleven cent ($0.11) per share cash dividend on all the outstanding common stock of the Corporation, payable on May 25, 2001 to shareholders of record as of the close of business, May 11, 2001.

The Company has paid cash dividends on its common stock since 1980, and has paid consecutive quarterly cash dividends since 1991.
