Regulatory Affairs professionals usually have responsibility for the following general areas: A member of the General Counsel Group, Ms. Sole will be one of two attorneys reporting to the Senior Regulatory Counsel. Her principal responsibilities include monitoring developments at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) is the United States federal agency with jurisdiction over electricity sales, wholesale electric rates, hydroelectric licensing, natural gas pricing, and oil pipeline rates.
