California Hotel & Lodging Association Honors Don Johnson, President & CEO of Vagabond Franchise System, Inc.; Don Johnson Is Inducted Into the CH&LA Hall of Fame.

Don Johnson, CHA was the 19th recipient of the CH&LA Hall of Fame award. As President & CEO of Vagabond Franchise System, Inc., Don was honored for his tireless support of the lodging industry. Don is currently the California Hotel & Lodging Association's Director to CH&LA's national affiliate, the American Hotel & Lodging Association. Don has been an active member of the CH&LA Board of Directors since 1994, and was CH&LA's Chairperson in 2002. Don serves on the CH&LA Executive Committee, as well as CH&LA's Governmental Affairs Committee, Audit Committee, and the Educational Committee. Don is also heavily involved in the California Lodging Industry Legislative Awareness Summit Planning Committee planning committee n (in local government) → comité m de planificación , an event he has been instrumental in starting and growing into the premier industry legislative event in California. Don was recognized with CH&LA's Most Valuable Volunteer Award in 2004.
