California HealthCare Foundation and Center for Governmental Studies Create HealthVote2004.org.Web Site Provides Voters Critical Information on Health-Related Ballot Measures -- Spending, Polls, and Issues WHAT: For the first time in nearly a decade, Californians will have an opportunity this November to cast their votes on a number of measures that affect their health and the future of health care in the state. Where can you go for a balanced overview of the issues? HealthVote2004.org (http://www.healthvote2004.org/) provides media and the public with a one-stop, non-partisan information resource on the five health-related ballot measures, along with regular email updates on campaign contributions, polls, and issues. The five measures are: --Prop 61 -- Funding for Children's Hospital A children's hospital is a hospital which offers its services exclusively to children.
