California Governor Davis Signs Children's Sun Safety Bill.

Governor Gray Davis has signed SB 310 authored by Senator Don Perata Don Perata (born April 30, 1945) is a California Democratic politician, who is the current President pro tempore of the California State Senate. The legislation requires that California schools allow children to wear sun protective clothing Sun protective clothing is clothing specifically designed for sun protection and is produced from a fabric rated for its level of ultraviolet (UV) protection.
