California Department of Transportation "Caltrans" Specifies AuraGen For New Vehicles.

: AURA) announced today that the California Department of Transportation The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) is a government agency in the U.S. state of California. Its mission is to improve mobility across the state. It manages the state highway system and is actively involved with public transportation systems in California.  ("Caltrans") has specified the AuraGen(R) for its next buy of "boom truck" vehicles. The decision by Caltrans to specify the AuraGen was partially based upon a number of field and shop tests recently conducted by Caltrans. The field tests involved controlling traffic signals in two different intersections in two different cities in California There are 478 incorporated cities in California, 22 of which are styled "Town of (Name)" instead of "City of (Name)." They are arranged in alphabetical order, with the "towns" marked '*'. Under California law (see, e.g.  simulating a power outage. The shop tests required steady voltage under severe loads. The AuraGen provided power to numerous power tools simultaneously, including among others a jackhammer, a compressor and an electric saw.

We have been asked by Caltrans to proceed with potential retrofit applications for each of its regional districts.
