California Court Issues Decision Denying Lexar's Request for an Injunction against Toshiba.


SUNNYVALE, Calif. -- SanDisk(R) Corporation (Nasdaq:SNDK) announced today that the court presiding pre·side  
intr.v. pre·sid·ed, pre·sid·ing, pre·sides

 over the lawsuit brought in California state court by Lexar Media, Inc. against Toshiba Corporation (company) Toshiba Corporation - A Japanese technology manufacturer with 364 subsidiaries worldwide. Toshiba makes and sells electronics for home, office, industry and health care including information and communication systems, electronic components, heavy electrical apparatus,  ("Toshiba") and Toshiba America Electronic Components, Inc. ("TAEC TAEC Toshiba America Electronic Components, Inc.
TAEC Thailand Atomic Energy Commission
") issued its decision on July 8, 2005, denying Lexar's request for an injunction against Toshiba and TAEC. "We are pleased that Judge Komar has made this ruling. We have always believed that there was no legal basis for the requested injunction," said Charles Van Orden, SanDisk's Vice President and General Counsel.
