California Counties React to Proposed State Budget; Local Government Leaders Pledge to Work with Governor, Legislators to Provide the Best Services for Californians.


SACRAMENTO, Calif. -- California's counties continue to express appreciation for Governor Schwarzenegger's ongoing inclusion of local government partners in budget discussions.
