" The architectural firm of Harley Ellis Devereaux received an Award of Merit for the Oak Park Joint-Use Library, a partnership between the Oak Park Unified School District Oak Park Unified School District (OPUSD) is a K-12 school district in southeast Ventura County, California, USA. The 9,400-square-foot project aimed to balance the needs of high school students and the public while supporting the library's mission of being a high-performance, sustainable building.
