"The California Bankers Association congratulates Congressman
        Christopher Cox on his nomination to chair the Securities and
        Exchange Commission. We know Congressman Cox to be a
        deliberative and fair decision-maker and believe that his
        capable leadership would greatly benefit the SEC."
