California Bancshares Inc. announces a 22% increase in the quarterly dividend.SAN RAMON, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 7, 1995--Joseph P. Colmery, president and chief executive officer of California Bancshares Inc. today announced the board of directors had declared a $.04 increase in the regular quarterly dividend from $0.18 per share to $.22 per share. The regular dividend will be payable Jan. 3, 1996 to all shareholders of record at the close of business on Dec. 8, 1995. California Bancshares Inc., with assets of approximately $1.5 billion, is the holding company for Alameda First National Bank, The Bank of Milpitas, N.A., The Bank of San Ramon Valley The San Ramon Valley is a region in Contra Costa County and Alameda County, California, east of Oakland.
