California Association of Business Brokers Meets in Long Beach.

LONG BEACH, Calif. -- The California Association of Business Brokers (CABB) has set its Southern California quarterly meeting for February 25, 2006 at the Grand Long Beach Event Center, 4101 Willow Street, Long Beach. The subject of the meeting is "Promoting Your Business Brokerage Practice: Developing Your Career" and will feature speakers and a panel of experts. E[acute accent]Keynote speaker is Doug Robbins, owner of Robbinex, Inc., Ontario, Canada. An internationally-known business intermediary, Doug is a Fellow of the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA) and a founding member of the Mergers & Acquisition Source (M&A Source). His topic is "The Power Of Listening," and it focuses on the many ways effective communications can improve the results of a business broker's practice. Doug holds the FCBI designation from the IBBA and the M&AMI designation from the M&A Source. E[acute accent]Bill Lange will present "Positioning: Winning The Battle For Your Prospect's Mind." A former ad man turned business broker, Bill's subject offers a unique perspective on the many facets of interacting with the buyers and sellers of businesses. Bill holds the CBI designation from the IBBA and the M&AMI designation from the M&A Source.
