California Association of Business Brokers (``CABB'') Announces Meeting in Pleasanton: ``Obtaining Listings, Have a Process for Going to Market''.

PLEASANTON, Calif. -- CABB today announced it will be holding its quarterly Northern California meeting on March 4, 2006 9:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. at the Hilton Pleasanton at the Club, 7050 Johnson Drive, Pleasanton, CA. The topic of the workshop meeting will be "Obtaining Listings, Have a Process for Going to Market" and will feature two speakers.

Keynote speaker is Len Krick, CBI, MBA, CMEA, presenting "12 Keys to a Successful Main Street Practice!" Len is Managing Member and Principal Broker of United Business Brokers in Las Vegas, Nevada, and Managing Director of United Mergers & Acquisitions in Salt Lake City, UT. Len has over twenty-five years experience as a business broker for both privately held and publicly traded companies. He is a Certified Business Intermediary ("CBI"), Merger & Acquisition Master Intermediary ("M&AMI"), Certified Machinery and Equipment Appraiser ("CMEA"), and is the Sunbelt Business Brokers franchisee for Clark County, NV.

Bob Brooks, a business broker and manager of Business Team, Inc., San Jose, CA, will be presenting "CABB Forms - How to Use Them and Why You Should Use Them." A member of the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA) since 1987, Bob has earned the CBI designation. He also taught "Buying and Selling an Existing Business" at West Valley College in Saratoga for seven years. He is a founding member of CABB and has served on its Board of Directors and currently chairs the Legal and Forms Committee.
