California Amplifier and Telaxis Communications Sign License Agreement.

California Amplifier (Nasdaq: CAMP) and Telaxis Communications (Nasdaq: TLXS) have executed a license agreement enabling Telaxis to use designs and concepts of California Amplifier in the future development and manufacture of Telaxis' LMDS products. This license agreement supersedes the two companies' previous design and manufacturing agreement. The new agreement allows Telaxis to incorporate the licensed designs and concepts into both current and future products for which California Amplifier will receive a one-time license fee to compensate the company for its design efforts.
