Califa Entertainment Group Concludes Acquisition of Spice Hot Network.


LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 18, 1999--Califa Entertainment Group Inc. ("Califa"), announced that it has concluded the acquisition of the Spice Hot network from Spice Entertainment Companies Inc. ("Spice") in a deal valued at $25 million.

Califa is a corporation owned by Steven Hirsch and David James David James may refer to:
