BALTIMORE--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 23, 2000

Caliber Learning Network, Inc. (Nasdaq: CLBR CLBR Costa Linda Beach Resort (Aruba) ) today announced that IBM (International Business Machines Corporation, Armonk, NY, www.ibm.com) The world's largest computer company. IBM's product lines include the S/390 mainframes (zSeries), AS/400 midrange business systems (iSeries), RS/6000 workstations and servers (pSeries), Intel-based servers (xSeries)  will use Caliber to produce live training sessions, in support of its recently announced S/390(a) Application Development Solution.

These sessions will then be enabled for Internet delivery and hosted on Caliber's servers for global on-demand (asynchronous Refers to events that are not synchronized, or coordinated, in time. Through this initiative, Caliber is providing IBM with turn-key solutions to help accelerate the speed, scope and scale of learning.

Caliber will also draw on its award-winning instructional design Instructional design is the practice of arranging media (communication technology) and content to help learners and teachers transfer knowledge most effectively. The process consists broadly of determining the current state of learner understanding, defining the end goal of  resources to assist IBM in developing content for this comprehensive training effort.
