Calian and ZTI Form Partnership to Distribute Business Modeling Toolkit.

Calian Technology Ltd. (Calian TSE: CTY) is pleased to announce that it has formed a partnership with Zim Technologies International (ZTI) Inc. to distribute ZTI's modeling toolkit that allows users to improve workflow and business process efficiencies. By visualizing business operations through diagrams and models executives, managers and planners can make better-informed decisions.

Under the partnership, Calian will distribute the new modeling toolkit that consists of the ATLAS(tm) methodology and ATLAS: Assistant(tm), which is a customized version of ZTI's Architect product. The toolkit provides users with the necessary framework, methods, and techniques to produce integrated business models that can be used to direct and benchmark corporate goals and objectives.
