Calgary Chapter presents Canadian official, past TEI President awards.


At the Calgary Chapter's Annual Meeting held Friday June 4 at the Calgary Golf and Country Club, the Calgary Chapter presented two awards in addition to. The first award went to Amir Bhaloo, Chief of Appeals in the Calgary Tax Services Office of the Canada Revenue Agency The Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) administers:
  • tax laws for the Government of Canada and for most provinces and territories;
  • international trade legislation; and
  • various social and economic benefit and incentive programs delivered through the tax system.
. Mr. Bhaloo is retiring after almost 28 years of service with Canada Revenue Agency and Its predecessors, CCRA CCRA Canada Customs and Revenue Agency
CCRA Common Criteria Recognition Arrangement
CCRA Campus Computer Resellers Alliance
CCRA Certified Clinical Research Associate
CCRA Commercial Credit Reference Agency
CCRA California Court Reporters Association
 and Revenue Canada. The second award went to Drew Glennie in recognition of his continued service to TEI 1. (communications) TEI - Terminal Endpoint Identifier.
2. (text, project) TEI - Text Encoding Initiative.
 and, in particular, his term as International President.
