September 14 -- The Concrete Industry Board of New York will be featuring Mr. Francis J. Lombardi, P.E., Chief Engineer, The Port Authority of New York & New Jersey. Mr. Lombardi will be speaking about "Reconstruction of the World Trade Center Site". The CIB Foundation will also present 2004 Scholarships.
