May 13--The Society for Marketing Professional Services (job) professional services - A department of a supplier providing consultancy and programming manpower for the supplier's products.  will hold a networking reception and wine tasting at Pace University's Lubin Graduate School in White Plains from 6 to 8 p.m. The event will introduce SMPS to representatives of the architecture, engineering and construction industry in Westchester and Rockland counties, and southern Connecticut. Terry Masterson of the Westchester County Office of Economic Development will discuss current business opportunities in the area. May 17--DBIA-NY Chapter Design Build Breakfast Seminar-7:30 to 9:30 a.m. The last two segments in a four part series will be held May 17 and June 3 at the Union League at 38 East 37th Street to discuss the implementation of DB in the NY area.
