Management of Caledonia stresses that since listing on Nasdaq in 1992, the Corporation has had no history of regulatory deficiencies with Nasdaq. Caledonia has also been listed on The Toronto Stock Exchange since 1992 and continues to comply with its stringent regulations. The Toronto Stock Exchange is the third largest stock exchange in North America and is well known as the world's premier market for mining companies.
