The project comprises two Exploration Licence Applications covering a highly prospective, under-explored area of 246 square kilometres in the Ellendale lamproite province. The Ellendale Diamond mine operated by Kimberley Diamond Company is located approximately 30 kilometres from Caldera's Exploration Licence applications. Victoria River Downs History River Downs opened in Cincinnati, Ohio in 1925. It was opened 15 years after the closing of a previous track in Cincinnati, Old Oakley Race Course. The race track sits right along the banks of the Ohio River. Diamond Project - Northern Territory The Victoria River Downs project is 100% owned by Caldera and covers an area of 950 square kilometres. A sampling program was completed at twenty-two aeromagnetic anomalies during late 2003. Rock samples collected from two aeromagnetic anomalies have produced encouraging geochemistry results which will require further follow-up work. Laboratory work was performed by Ultra Trace Laboratories in Perth, Western Australia. Yilgarn Craton | The Yilgarn Craton is a large craton which constitutes the bulk of the Western Australian land mass.
