:CLKTF) announces that further to its 11th April press release, the Company has now received a provisional approval of its application from the Landesverwaltungsamt of Saxony Saxony (săk`sənē), Ger. Sachsen, Fr. Saxe, state (1994 pop. 4,901,000), 7,078 sq mi (18,337 sq km), E central Germany. Dresden is the capital.  Anhalt, for the total building permit in respect of its planned 100,000 tpa SCC SCC - strongly connected component  plant in Leuna, Germany.

This approval is subject to ensuring conformity with Leuna City regulations when the final documentation will be provided.
