CalciTech Patents Granted in Hong-Kong, Indonesia, New Zealand and Australia.

HAMILTON, Bermuda -- Company Announces Debt Conversion to Strengthen Working Capital

CalciTech Ltd. (OTCBB:CLKTF)(Freiverkehr:XCH) today announced it has received formal notification of the granting by Indonesia of its patent regarding 'Lime Treatment'. Formal notification has also been received for the granting of patents in Hong-Kong, Australia and New Zealand.

The patented process involves the use of industrial waste lime and CO2 as raw materials for the production of high-end specialized synthetic calcium carbonate (SCC) products.

The company has further patent applications pending on a worldwide basis.

CalciTech also announced that Epsom Investment Services, under the terms of its working capital convertible credit facility, served notice on 25th February 2005 to convert US$1,400,000 of its loan into CalciTech Ltd common shares. The shares will be issued at a conversion price of US$0.20 bearing a legend restricting them from trading for at least a period of forty days. Epsom confirm that the investors in these shares have a long-term interest in the company and do not intend to sell their shares at this time. The credit facility of $2.5 million has now been renewed for a further term of eighteen months. After the conversion approximately US$238,000 was drawn and outstanding.
