CalciTech Has Successful Introduction to Ofex Market.

HAMILTON, Bermuda -- CalciTech Ltd. (Ofex:CLK)(OTCBB:CLKTF)(Freiverkehr:XCH):

At an official breakfast meeting held at the Ofex offices and hosted by Simon Brickles, CEO of Ofex, CalciTech was welcomed to the junior UK capital market on 14th July. A plaque was presented by Mr Brickles to Roger Leopard, CalciTech's CEO, to commemorate the Company's introduction to trading on Ofex. CalciTech's Introduction onto Ofex got off to a good start with nearly 400,000 shares traded and a share price increase of over 4%.

CalciTech is the first new listing under the new regulations that has come to the market as a foreign issuer, compliant with SEC regulations. With its compliance driven from the US, all CalciTech's filings can be accessed through the SEC on www.edgar.com. CalciTech's introduction to Ofex was handled by St. Helen's Capital plc.
