Due to the change of accounting date to 31st December, the Company is required to present figures for four different accounting periods: 10 months to December 31, 2006; 10 months to December 31, 2005 (unaudited); 12 months to February 28, 2006 and 12 months to February 28, 2005.

Revenues for the ten-month period decreased from $59,805 to $47,640 compared to the previous twelve-month period to February 28, 2006, and were entirely generated through the sale of SCC SCC - strongly connected component  samples. Trials for non-paper applications, where CalciTech has been very active this last year, require significantly less material than normally required for trials by the paper industry, which explains this decrease.

With the continued development of the Company's projects and products, and the increased rate at which these are undergoing feasibility studies The analysis of a problem to determine if it can be solved effectively. The operational (will it work?), economical (costs and benefits) and technical (can it be built?) aspects are part of the study. Results of the study determine whether the solution should be implemented. , the Board of Directors has decided to capitalise Verb 1. capitalise - supply with capital, as of a business by using a combination of capital used by investors and debt capital provided by lenders

 both project and product development costs to the value of $1,011,251. These will be funded through owned and joint venture companies as they complete. Consequently, project and product development expenses were $nil, compared to $309,810 for product development expenses in the 12 month period to February 28, 2006.

General and Administrative expenditure decreased by $725,000 compared to the ten-month period to December 31, 2005. This is due to expenditures directed at the pre-build stage of the Leuna plant, which are included in Intangible Assets in the Balance Sheet. Net losses for the ten-month period decreased to $620,221 from $1,857,998 in the twelve-month period to February 28, 2006.

CalciTech finished the ten-month period with $385,133 in cash and cash equivalents and, under International Financial Reporting Standards International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) are standards and interpretations adopted by the International Accounting Standards Board (IASB).

Many of the standards forming part of IFRS are known by the older name of International Accounting Standards (IAS).
, the Company now reports a small shareholders' deficit of $76,333, compared to shareholders equity of $730,269 as at February 28, 2006.
