CALCITECH LTD-, (OTC BB: CLKTF; CDNX: CLK, FREIVERKEHR: XCH) announces the company's common stock has been approved to trade on the Third Segment of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange in Germany.

This development is part of CalciTech's strategy to develop its Precipitated Calcium Carbonate "PCC" technology focussed on the German market place, where the beneficial environmental - impact of its technology is best recognised. Germany is also a world leader in fine paper production. CalciTech has made plans to build it's first commercial plant at Leuna near Merseburg.
