CalciTech Announces Half Year Report.

LONDON -- CalciTech Ltd. (OTCBB:CLKTF)(Ofex:CLK)(Freiverkehr:XCH) announces its unaudited Profit and Loss account, and management report, for the six month period ended August 31, 2005.

Net loss for the period ending 31st August 2005 was $1'081'408, an increase of $181'408 compared to the same period in 2004, in part due to increased expenses related to the Company's commercialisation programme. Despite increased commercial and promotional activities, G&A expenses remained stable.

Highlights for the period were:

On 14th July, CalciTech was successfully introduced onto Ofex, the UK based market for smaller companies.

Epsom Investment Services extended its $2.5 million credit facility to the company by another term of 18 months.

The Company initiated its diversification strategy into non-paper sectors, where it believes SCC based products can play an important role, with the appointments of Francois Roux as Product Development Director, and Jean-Claude Masson as Marketing Manager for non-paper products.

Patent coverage was widened to Hong-Kong, Indonesia, New Zealand and Australia.

The Board of Directors was strengthened by the election of Mr Alan Perkins, a consummate City professional with many years experience in fund management.

CalciTech exhibited at two trade shows: the paper coating conference in Birmingham and the SPCI2005 in Stockholm. Both events created important interest in the Company, its technology and products and follow up discussions are taking place.
