Calatrava 'cubes' are now on sale.


Developer, Frank Sciame, announced progress on his highly anticipated Santiago Calatrava Santiago Calatrava Valls (born July 28, 1951) is an internationally recognized and award-winning Spanish architect and structural engineer whose principal office is in Zurich, Switzerland.  designed 80 South Steet this week, naming both a sales and marketing team and capital advisor for the project.

Cooper-Horowitz, Inc. has been retained by Sciame Tower Development LLC (Logical Link Control) See "LANs" under data link protocol.

 as exclusive capital advisor for the site acquisition and construction of the eyecatching 835-foot ultra-luxury commercial and condominium property.

And the publicity-shy I. Khan, Inc. has been named exclusive marketing and sales agent for the tower that will transform New York's skyline when it is built, reportedly by 2006 or 2007.

The 80 South Street Tower is exhibited as a prime example of Calatrava's brilliance and demonstrates the evolution of his inspiration from sculptural form to architectural masterpiece."

Sciame is reportedly seeking 25% deposits from buyers looking to own one of 10 spectacular four-story townhouse residences that will appear to float in the sky above the shoreline of Manhattan. The homes are reportedly priced at upto $59 million.
