, today announced that it has appointed Ralph Flamini as vice president of sales for worldwide channels. The position is newly created as Calabrio, the new products division of Spanlink Communications, focuses on expanding distribution channels for its software.

Flamini brings more than 20 years of experience in the telecommunications Communicating information, including data, text, pictures, voice and video over long distance. See communications.  and software industries. Prior to joining Calabrio, Flamini served as Cisco Systems' senior manager of partner business development for the Contact Center Business Unit. Flamini was responsible for building an expanded partner program for the resale resale n. selling again, particularly at retail.
