Cala Corporation Secures Funding.

HOUSTON -- Cala Corporation (Pink Sheets:CCAA) is pleased to announce to its shareholders that the company has secured $500,000.00 from two angel investors. The money will be used for operational expenses of the company, and as follows:

1. to expedite the finalization of the U-Sea Resort Construction Cost Analysis and the commencement of the pre-sell;

2. to hire an in-house accountant on a full-time basis who specializes in S.E.C. filings of public companies and compliance with the Sarbanes/Oxley Act;

3. to open a new office in Titusville, Florida (effective October, 2005) which will focus on engineering and architectural development and maritime compliance;

4. to retain legal counsel for the negotiation of harbor locations, contractual leases, and possible land acquisition for construction of a shipyard;

5. to pay for the annual meeting and proxy; and

6. to begin marketing and sales efforts for the U-Sea Residence.

In another matter, the company would like to inform the shareholders that IMOIL, Gisella Mancini, and Querino Caparelli have filed for liquidation under Italian law, which is the equivalent of a Chapter 7 bankruptcy. As previously reported, the company has a $2.7 million judgment against IMOIL, Mancini, and Caparelli. The company is exploring other collection options against IMOIL's subsequent operating company, and its U.S. distributor, Manzo Foods, Inc. of Miami, Florida.
