) is pleased to inform its shareholders that the company has repurchased, cancelled and retired approximately 2 million shares from the open market and from its stockholders. The company believes that the repurchase of its outstanding shares is consistent with the company's long-term goal of increasing earnings per share and maximizing stockholder value.
