It has been called one of the three great natural harbors in the world, but it took two long centuries for navigators from Spain and England to find the anchorage originally called Yerba  to lease possible ocean access for the UnderSea Resort. In addition, the company is continuing negotiations with the Port of Miami-Dade and Porto Cancun in Cancun, Mexico. The company is in the process of providing requested data regarding the project to these entities in order to facilitate the consummation of a long-term lease and the establishment of locales for the first UnderSea Resorts.
