CalSTRS Expands Pension2 Personal Wealth Plan.CalSTRS Pension2 Investment Choices Grow From 14 to 22 WEST SACRAMENTO, Calif. -- California State Teachers' Retirement System (CalSTRS) is expanding its Pension2[R] personal wealth plan investment choices.
