The board of directors of California First National Bancorp (Nasdaq:CFNB CFNB California First National Bancorp ) today declared a quarterly cash dividend in the amount of 4 cents ($0.04) per share.

The dividend will be payable on Jan. 10, 2003, to all stockholders of record at the close of business on Dec. 27, 2002.
